For a couple weeks I have been having a hell of a time getting even three meals in or over 2500 calories a day. I am suprised I didn't lose much size but I sure as hell didn't gain any. But its finally back! The last two days I have managed over 4000 calories and could still have eaten more. Its great. 200 lbs here I come.

Awesome news, Danny.
My training partner is a hard gainer and has trouble keeping to 4000 kcal, but some bacon, peanut butter, olive oil and nuts do the job nicely. 10 oz of raw nuts have at least 1700 kcal
Dude, I've been going through the same thing lately. I don't know what it is. I get sick even thinking about food. Fast food is the only thing that sounds good. I'm not even hungry in the mornings like I have been for my whole life. It sucks. I hope I climb out of it soon.

Good luck man that does suck. I actually new why mine was so bad. I had a ton of stressful stuff going on and it just killed my will to eat. It was weird. I still had a ton of drive to hit the gym but I just couldn't eat. Now that the stress is gone its time to dig in!

I know what you mean, sometimes the body just doesn't want those extra calories. I've been having a successful bulking phase though, and the appetite is up. I'm around the 4500 k/cal mark on workout days. Here's my food log from Monday:
I am currently around 180-185. Its a lot easier for me to get calories in than a lot of guys because I will admit I don't eat all that clean. Staying lean isn't a huge deal for me right now because I learned that girls like a bit of fat on a guy in the off topic forum . Actually its just cause I need the weight bad and don't tend to put too much fat on.
What program is that that you use to track your calories? I have never seen that one and it looks pretty cool.

The program is called NutriFit. It's great - even stores recipes. I got it through the university bookstore, but I have no idea how to order it retail.

You would think, but I'm actually experiencing no bloating. I've had this problem in the past, but I've fixed it by being choosy about my carb sources. Also, your body adapts to higher calories and a plethora of veggies very nicely if it is done gradually.
But sometimes I can still definitely clear a room Oldguy
