hey, just thought I would post this. This is myself(right) and a French(Left) friend who recently came to visit me in NYC. for those who know i slimed down a lot since this photo but I've started training heavy again and am trying to put back on some muscle.

looking at that pic I think I actually look a lot bigger then I thought I was. I must have lost a lot of weight over the past few months. I was doing it for work because I was modeling for a while. but recently I've taken some time off because of some bad situations I found myself in with people I really didn't enjoy as company.

haha, well he is the best workout partner I've had which says a lot because I've trained with a lot of different people. I'm usally the one pushing my partner but he actually ends up pushing me like I do him.

Looking good, man. I think you look like you've bulked up a bit since the last pics you posted. You were looking model thin then. This is a much healthier look, IMHO. Nice work.
