I guess I was tired! With all the moving, working, workouts, and then moving the gym around last night... I guess I was sleep deprived! I fell asleep around 12:55 last night, slept STRAIGHT through til 3:30 this afternoon! I thought someone had played a joke or something! I had wanted to straighten up my new room here, but I guess I needed the sleep more!

Don't feel so bad...I am in Albania right now and I slept for 9 hours on Saturday night, woke up with food poisoning on Sunday morning and ended up sleeping all but 3 hours of the day away on Sunday. I woke up Monday morning after sleeping 30 of the last 33 hours. I think the medicine probably did me in!!! I am just thankful I brought antibiotic with me!!!

I don't feel bad at all! I feel pretty damn good now! Sounds like your sleep wasn't a nice one though... what the hell are you doing in Albania?
