How are those chinups coming Cappy?

My wife can do 3 on most days, 4 on a good one. A year ago she couldn't do 1. Not that I'm bragging here...

Does she do 4 supersetted with full squats???

How long ago was her first one?

I've done 2 in a row and 4 with rest in between each one. Now I'm doing pull-ups - eccentrics ones.

Hey I'm entitles to a little braggin here (since I damn well can't brag about my own pullup performance)

Supersetted with squats? Not yet.

Jealous? Yeah right... tell us another one.

Her first unassisted chin was about 6 months ago.

Damn I wish I could make it to the retreat but it looks like we'll be moving around that time... Cappy you'll have to give Kaiser a spanking in the pullup comp for me.
