Ok, so it's 1:00am on Saturday night; I just finished the first part of a paper on the elements of Patrick Brantlinger's "Victorians and Africans" (etc.) in The African Queen.

I flipped on the TV, happened to be on the Sci-Fi channel, and there is Katie Holmes in Disturbing Behavior .
