Hey Guys,

Just wanted to bring you up to date and let you know I'm still alive and lifting.

Back lifting 2 days a week and feeling good. I finally reached my goal of benching my body weight since my return and I'm still on that high.
Trying to gain back all I've lost, but dispite a bulking diet I seem to be stuck forever at 173!
I'm doing no cardio, though. I'd like to hang onto the few pounds I have left! LOL

Docs' pretty happy with my recovery. I have a hospital procedure on 2/18, but as an outpatient but with sedation which shoud tell them even more about whats in there.

I don't get here as often as I'd like, but you guys are in my thoughts.
Take care, all!

Alan

ALAN!!!!!! Great to hear from you ....how are you doing? Good to see you are lifting--nice to have something "normal" in the routine.

You are in our thoughts as well........

Glad to have you back, Alan! You've got a lot of catching up to do. Place is hoppin'! I remember getting news several months ago that you were having health problems. Are you out of the woods now?
