I'm sure you saw the highlights of the college player draining the 90 foot shot to win the game. He went on the local news the next night, and was given a rack of balls to try to make it again. He makes it on his 11th shot, and came close on a few others.
I have no idea what you are talking about. And the link doesn't work. What sport is this?

I used to live within walking distance to RMC. Nice little town if you're too busy to really need a social life. Of course, I was also a half-mile from that sniper shooting at the Ponderosa on the main drag there

What's more amazing is that it was a game winning shot - his team was down by one with 0.6 secs left - had to read the story after watching the vid because the reaction of the other team hinted at it.

K, those are always game winning or losing shots. You don't take it in the middle of a game. You never take it if you're in the lead, it's a buzzer shot.
BTW, I was in Chicago this week. I would have let you know if I thought there was any chance of getting out. As it turned out, if I wasn't in the hotel, I was at the Sears Headquarters in meetings. I could have been on the moon for all I knew. I did get some stationary bike and light lifting in at the hotel.
