My wife wears hers every day, but it's part of the wedding ring (two bands attached to either side of the engagement ring). It is tension-set, so it is very low profile.
I responded even though I mentioned it in the other thread. I wear mine all the time except when lifting. I only take it off then because I seemed to be getting a big callous where it ws rubbing while lifting.
Now, on the other's hand -- my husband doesn't wear his wedding ring. When we first got married he couldn't because he spent several hours each day soldering circuit boards. Then when he became a programmer, he realized it no longer fit. It has held a place of honor on hiw key ring for 29 years though.

There isn't really an option for me. I'm "usually" an everyday… but it doesn't fit at the moment well, and rather than resize again, I'm just waiting till it fits. When I do wear it I take it off to lift. Of course, it's not a diamond engagement ring, it's a claddagh that's pre-engagement, served as engagement and wedding ring… seeing as how you can wear it in different ways to mean different things.
My earrings which were bought as basically a wedding gift are only out of my ears when absolutely necessary.
So I guess I'll say everyday… mister man who doesn't know how to make the right choices in a poll…
I only remve my engagement and wedding rings to bathe, lift, things like washing dishes and when I am diving. In fact, I had mine soldiered together so they don't pinch.

No ring here. Never have, never will. IF--and that's a big IF--a reason for a ring happens, it'll be watches instead.
Never say never... My dad, for 48 years of marriage, never wore his wedding ring. Then he found one he liked (it's like the one from LOTR ) and since then (about 2 years ago) he's worn it daily.
LOL... seems one of the mods was changing the results to mess with me. It is odd - most women I know don't wear their engagement rings. I know my wife almost never does, but she does wear a variety of rings.
Perhaps I need to do some data analysis here.
Hmmm you people are in shape and healthy, not representative of the US populace. Therefore, the result of this poll are clear not representative as well....

When we picked out wedding bands one of the considerations was how it would look alongside her engagement ring. So I'm assuming she'll be an everyday wearer.

While technically engaged (my SO asked me to marry him) we didn't get a ring and haven't even thought about wedding rings either.. I guess we'll get one of those though
my engagement ring is my wedding band and a coupla weeks of the months it's too tight, of course I don't wear it at the gym, sometimes if I know I'm going to be filing or moving stuff around at work I don't wear it and then sometimes I forget to put it on.
Both everyday and never. I never wear the wedding band because of my job, therefore I got a tattoo on my ring finger so I actually have it "on" all the time.
And since this is a Pete topic I'll wait for his jokes about my tattoos to begin and someone to reference a link to the infamous thread. *sigh*
I'm with some of the other gals. I wear it everyday, excpet when I remember to take it off to go to the gym and then eventually remember to put it back on. I took it off to go to the beach last week and haven't put it on since. So yeah, everyday for me too

I'll consider getting the ring tattoo, but I used to work with a guy with one and he's on marriage #4. So maybe it's bad luck!

Monica told me if I leave her (not gonna happen) that she's taking that finger with her. I told her if we get divorced I'll give her a finger but not that one.
