Hi everyone. My name is Roman. I've been around some of the forums for a few years and decided I to show my ugly mug over here.
A little background: I'm 26 married with one 2 year old little girl and a little boy due any day now. I took a Marine Corps scholarship to Auburn and had a knee injury my senior year that separated me from service. I was at about 225 while in the NROTC then shot up to about 270. I got my ass in gear and graduated at about 235. Then life started. After three years and one newborn I was again at 275. This was February of this year. Well I got back on the boards, found a diet that worked for me (TNT) and hit the gym. I'm currently at 241. Life is going much better. I'm currently working through NROL fat loss 1, and I'm really enjoying it.
I'm here to learn, I'm all about efficiency. Thanks for reading and I look forward to being a solid contributor.
Welcome aboard. Good luck with the program. Brace yourself for FL3 - it's an asskicker!
