Hello everyone, I didnt know where to post an introduction. My name is Jim and I am new to the site. I am looking to lose about 20 lbs, and am hoping I learn a few things from you!

Yeah 20 more lbs. I was 5ft 8 and weighed a good 230 about 15 months ago, and seem to be stuck on 190 or so for the past couple of months. Would like to get over the hump and reach my ultimate goal.

I ran into almost the same problem, I tigheten up my diet and activity and saw great results after that. If you can stuck head to the Fat Loss Troubleshoot section.
