Yeah, I've been popping by here a bit more lately; it's all been in preparation for my birthday. I see it paid off! Whew!
Work, school, and a dance class today, then cramming for tomorrow's midterm. Suffice to say this thread is definitely one of the high points...

Sounds like double-KB thrusters and Turkish get-ups for awhile. Also KB push-ups, renegade rows, etc, etc.
