Hey everyone. Thanks for the birthday wishes. Life is going well here in the CSA. I haven't been around much due to an extensive business travel schedule. I fell like that Johnny Cash song, "I've been everywhere, man. I've been everywhere."

As far as working out goes, I've joined a indoor-rowing gym. It's kind of like spinning but on indoor-rowers. Check out Greenville Indoor Rowing - Row Strong and Live Long!. I'm really enjoying it.

Jill, you nailed my birthdays from my Michigan days. Every year I would get Coneys for lunch and have Saunders bump cake. I love Saunders bump cake. Although it would be washed down with Town Club pop or Faygo in my youger days...Stroh's as I got older!
