Default Im back

Hey everyone, feel like its been a while. In case anyone was wondering, I did not "quit" the forum. My life took a crazy and fantastic 180 these past few months and Ive been extremely consumed in work and school.

I ended up getting a pretty nice promotion at work, they made me a supervisor in my department. That lasted about 4 weeks. The past 5 weeks I have been the Director of Operations and Manager of my Companies Accounts Payable department. I somehow have managed to run a department of 35 people, and survive a full coarse load in my last year of College. Between the 50 hour work weeks and school, I havnt had anytime to wipe my own ass, let alone workout or post.

Its been close to 2 months since I was in the gym, I pretty much just did pushups and pull ups at my house and rehabbed my ailing elbow and shoulder everyday. I just finished my first week back in the gym, and although I feel like a little girl, I am pain free for the first time in over a year. I have finally got a grip on balancing work and school and you should all expect to hear from me more often.

But no one should be coming close to you until you have more time for wiping!!

Nice to be back, I somehow managed to maintain most of my weight. I stand at 190 right now, at the gym this past week I was staying between 12-15 reps but I have not noticed any big dip in strength. Work capacity, well that is another story.

I pretty much just did the rehab and some body weight stuff 2x a week and once a week I would do 10 min of uphill sprints. Ill tell you what though, I had dreams about barbells.

Welcome, back, old friend.

Sounds like good things happening, even if they are time consuming.
