I have j&h by christian thibadeau its a pretty good read for anyone in to bodybuilding however not much good info for strength training which is my main goal.
Wondering if anyone is willing to do a ebook swap?Prehaps jim wendlers ebook or something strength related.
Since it is digital media that you are discussing and not a hard copy book this is most likely a violation of your agreement when you purchased the product. E-books do rely heavily on the "honor system."
I would suggest contacting the author if you feel like the purchase you made was an error, or at the very least get their consent to do an exchange like this.

I see.....its just swapping but i guess i dont know shit about the agreement oh well.
I personally don't see how giving someone your pdf and erasing your own and them doing the same in a "swap" is any different from you giving someone a physical copy of a book and them doing the same.
The issue comes in where people don't think that you deleted your copy, and that you're "sharing."

which i would imagine is most likely what happens

I don't think this is an ethical question at all and was a very legitimate statement. When I got sick some one gave me a whole box of books to read. Not one person questioned the ethics of the person doing it. With the same logic I think that "swapping" is not nessicarily unethical as long as it's along these same lines. If the original buyer was posting it as a file share in effect saying, "who ever wants it come get it", then that is where it crosses the line.

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Depends on the agreement when you bought it. Just because it's an ebook, doesn't make it a book. You might have clicked on the "software licensing agreement" or something before checkout. If so, what did it say?
I've purchased over 50 ebooks. Some had copy protection built in, some had licensing agreements, and some were treated as if they were standard books, with a statement not to share it.

I'm not really talking the legality as much as the morality. From a moral standpoint most people treat e-books like books and letting a friend borrow your copy isn't a sin as long as he isn't working the copier over to make all his friends copied.
