Default Back in the saddle again!

So....in the past 3 weeks I have worked 3 days. Isn't vacation time wonderful. Of course I have also been in the gym that many days as well. Of course all is not lost. Daily push ups, bike rides, wave riding and general active play time with the kids were my workout. But there comes a time when it is good to be back into the daily routine. So now it is time to get back to it and get back to my routines.
I am going to add a 3 day a week routine to my Xfit Wod's. What is the current workout of choice. Any new thigns out I have missed lately?

Welcome back...
The big new craze sweeping the nation right now in the past three weeks is to dress like a cheerleader and run backwards.

Oh! Thanks. I kept wondering how things were suppose to 'balance' in the front on just that little string.

Isn't the tag suppose to cover your talleywhacker? If so, then the tag should be in the front.

Good point but not many designers are using the 8 1/2 x 11 tags anymore.

Thakns for asking but it has not really begun. I have played around a bit but we have been doing a lot of traveling lately. After my next trip I will have a good deal of time to try to get it going.
