His suite will be just upstairs from this guy's.

There was a kid i went to high school with (he was a few years older than me, so i never really knew who he was), but he killed himself by drinking antifreeze mixed with gatorade. I guess his parents were away on vacation, he did it, and the neighbors could hear him screaming from his house. They called the cops, and when they got there, he was dead.

When i heard this, it's pretty bone chilling.

I don't know why ppl mix it with gatorade though? Also, i'm pretty sure there's nothing paramedics can do for you once you decide to do the deed. Not sure though.

screaming? must be painful. I'm pretty sure your systems fail you and start shutting down.

That suite in hell is going to be quite crowded. A quick google search will show you just how common it is for people to use antifreeze as a poison. There are a lot of sick people out there and antifreeze is cheap, easy to obtain, has a sweet taste and deadly in small doses.

MedlinePlus Medical Encyclopedia: Antifreeze poisoning

For ethylene glycol: Death may occur within the first 24 hours. If patient survives, there may be little or no urine output for several weeks before the kidneys recover. Any brain damage may be permanent. Visual loss and or blindness may also be permanent

...and as for the kid doing it to himself, it probably makes it actually drinkable... if it's straight-up anti-freeze, he'd probably just gag it up before it got into his system.

As to the other guys in the articles: There are some terrible people on this earth. I can't even imagine doing those kinds of things.

Hehehe, shouldn't it be spelled "it's?" As in:

It's (It is) antifreeze, dumbass.

Also note the comma before the pronoun qualifier.

I'd have it with a big chocolate cake, with an inch of chocolate icing all the way around.

And then people would be asking, did the cake just keep the antifreeze down?

hmmmm, cake...

Is dumbass a single word, or should it be two words and written as dumb ass?

It looks good as one word. Just like blackhole vs. black hole.

I say dumbass is fine. If we really wanted to geek out with our dictionaries and grammar, there is the adjective-noun pairing rule when two words (one adjective, one noun) form a single noun, such as you would see in numbers: twenty-two, etc.

So we could say dumb-ass.

So, assuming I'm reading correctly, if you're describing the ass itself as dumb, it'd be dumb ass. If the person is being both dumb and an ass, it would be dumbass. Yes? Of course, dictionary on my mac thinks dumbass is misspelled where as dumb-ass obviously is not. hmm

oh wait, no. That's not what you're saying. But still, I do believe my theory holds true. At least as to what "dumb ass" would connote meaning as.

No, I think you're on to something. GqArtGuy calling Alchoholiday a dumbass is the equivalent of calling him a fool or boob.

If Gq had called Alco a dumb ass, that would have meant Alco is an ass and a dumb one at that. Instead, Alco is a merely a fool.

NOTE: I looked up the three combinations of dumbass in my Merriam-Webster and I can't find it in any form. Word processor dictionaries are notorious for allowing hyphenated forms of double tapped words as a work around to their lack of AI.
