Might be, but I have to admit that I would make the same assessment. Not based on race though... IMPORTANT decisions means that I need to be dealing with someone who is responsible and more than likely educated. If someone was festooned with tattoos I would have the same reservations.
Well, you'll officially be in the old codgers category soon, then, JP. Lots of young professionals are now tatted up.
If it's on the face, a little too Mike Tyson-y for me, but I personally feel fairly unaffected by the presence of ink (perhaps due to the job security for me when they regret them in 20 years).
that statements actually a bit unintentionally racist/culturally elitist.
How?

I donno, there's something to be said for not wanting to work in an environment that would be so uptight as to not hire you anyway...

As for the tats, I have a few myself, but when I wear a Tshirt you would never know. Now if someone is going to tattoo their face(the person I am referring to has tribal sideburns inked on his face......), IMO they cannt be trusted to make important decisions. Yes I am in fact making a snap judgment about someone based on their appearance. They CHOSE to permanently ink their face...they CHOSE to. PERMANENT. Can they be capable of making good decisions? sure. The question is can they be trusted to. If you wanna hand the keys of your business over to someone who chose to tattoo their face...be my guest..I sure as fuck wouldn't.
Does that make me a bad person? No. The fact that I laugh at people when they fall in public makes me a bad person.
6. Holds a political office.
7. Does any illegal drug.
8. woman with a tramp stamp (not trustworthy in relationships)
My theory for 8 is that any woman with a tramp stamp will consent to premarital sex and oral sex. You may have to date her, but you'll get to hit it. Has anyone made obversations relating to this?

So....having pre-marital and or oral sex means you are not trustworthy in a relationship? I just want clarification on what you are exactly saying.
Og.

Like everything it has to be taken in context. I would be taken aback if my surgeon rolled into the operating room with dreads or cornrows, a face tat, and those odd nickel sized body mod earrings. Doing other things it might not be such a big deal.
