Hey Everyone!! Thanks for the Birthday wishes!! I had a great birthday this year. It started with The Perform Better 3 day in Chicago last weekend and ended this weekend with my girlfriend giving me a new 300 lb weight set. I am collecting a pretty sweet home gym these days.
