you bid on the players. You bring them up, and then you have 30 seconds to bid on them. Just like a draft, the people who aren't there have the computer bid for them. It's pretty freaking sweet.

(each team gets 260 points to use to fill their roster)

that sounds really confusing. I can't figure out how to create a league on espn. I'm signed in, and clicked create a league but it keeps taking me to the home screen. If you create one, i'll join.
