Most of you guys probably don't remember me, but i was kinda active on this forum 3 years ago anyway i've been really busy ... started working at kpmg and haven't had much time to come online and stuff..
I've continued working out and checking what I eat but it's been difficult and I'm having motivational problems
Yesterday i was thinking how great it was to have people here who support you and think alike: so I discovered that talking to other people, motivated me a lot! And that's the main reason why I'm back here
So any changes here? any diet (like adam's diet) I should definately try? Or training regimes? tell me guys, I'm anxious to get my mind back on track!
Jp: gratz that you still keep this forum up! it seems that the, already high standard/quality sure hasn't declined!
Greetings to all the regulars that I used to talk to back in the day
Welcome back mate. No news here really. Dos has a new book out "MH Power Training". That's about it really.

As you may have noticed, the forums have gone through a few changes. It's grown a lot. One feature that was added in your absence was the training journal, which I highly recommend you use to chart your workouts and get motivation from others who chart theirs.
We have a few more sections now, covering a few more topics. Other than that it's pretty much the same... Always battling the spammers behind the scenes with an army of moderators, occasional drama to pump up post counts. The new section for fitness pros is pretty popular, as is the NROL subforum section.
Russ and Cappucino got married.
Mahler got his DL over 400.
Phaedrus49er started to actually work out.
Ninja's voice is starting to drop.
Karky grew up and got all muscley.
Me and RedWifey had a second kid (a boy, now almost 3yo).
Lost Dog continues getting stronger and leaner. Ears are the same.
Kaiser still posts sometimes, mostly to flirt with ShannonB.
FishRCutB8 is around too, mostly in the biking subforum.
That should cover most of the people you remember!

I believe that the last time Eros was around these parts, Nick was obsessed with Ricky Martin. Worth noting, IMO.

I remember you too, Eros. Good to have you back on the board. Good luck with getting your training/diet in order. Still enjoying the Belgian beer?

If witty posts constitute flirting, you, my friend, are a serial cheater on RedWifey.
Actually, now that Jamie is a moderator, I talk mostly to her in the subforum that you can't access.
Is ShannonB around, or has she gone to semi-permanent partying post-job-quitting and pre-schooling? She was one of the two people to notice when I went into exile from JPF and for that I will always be friendly.
