I've heard talk of this on the local Austin, Texas, television station but just once. I haven't heard anything more but I can't see how in the world they'd get by with it.

I don't see how they can business owners who they can have as clientele? I personally agree with what they are doing. The government should start putting extra taxes on fast food restaurants too, just like cigarettes and booze.

It's not a serious piece of legislation - the bill sponsor introduced it to make a statement about the obesity problem in Mississippi.
