Default Using Macros in MS Excel

Hi all! I need some assistance on how to accomplish a task by writing/recording macros. I have a data list of account codes with corresponding spending amounts for Jan. I need to look up certain groupings of account codes and create a new sheet in the workbook with a specific name. Sorry the description is poor, but I did not want the post to be tooo long.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I currently have it set up that way. However, the end users for this report are not Excel savvy. I want to set up a menu page, so they can click their respective names and get the appropriate report. The problem is I have never written a macro manually, only recorded.

Sounds like a pivot table would work better.
