Well, read what you can. Here's the timeline as I see it:

14th Initial Discussion Thread Posted - Discussion on part I begins and people who need the book have about a week or so to get it and read it.

21st - By now you're expected to have read part One so as to participate more fully in the discussion. During the week of the 21st-28th you should read part II.

28th - Subjects/Topics etc in Part II can be discussed in the thread. (This is to dissuade people from posting items from later in the book, possibly spoiling it for others.

More on this as the discussion develops.

Agreed - if you want me to add it to the list I'll do so, but keep in mind that whoever puts a book on the list has to run the discussion for the book when it comes up.

i have never done a book group thing before so maybe we can put it way further down the list so i can use the first few books to see what the process is like and what kind of questions make for good discussion. but i really think its worth everyones time. its a truly fantastic story and i have been looking for an excuse to squeeze re-reading it into my schedule.

Even if you haven't read the book, you can help move the discussion along by querying people's ideas.

I've heard that one is awesome! A genre maker.

Also, by the same guy, "Mona Lisa Overdrive".
I'm a huge fan of Gibson. I think I have every book he has written even though his later stuff is gettin past my taste. Neuromancer is a must read if you haven't already read it. I agree with the Genre maker tag.
