Hey, i have a Samsung a900m phone. I had a free program i downloaded on my computer for transferring the pictures and videos from my phone onto my computer. But, somehow it got erased.
Basically, sprint wants you to spend 30-40 bucks on a program to let you put pictures onto your computer. But, i had the program, i just don't know where i found it. If you don't have it, you plug the phone into your computer through a usb port, and the computer doesn't read the new device.
Anyone have any ideas where i can find it for download?

I use BitPim with my Verizon LG phone, and I had to download a driver for it. Not sure where I found either one, but The Google knows.

Alc- I work for Sprint, so Ill try and help. You should be able to log onto sprint.com, then register (if you havent done so already) online. On there, you can pay your bill, and you should have access to your pictures/videos right there for free. Any pictures or videos you take should be there and you can set up albums, share, etc.
Not sure if this is what you mean, but let me know..
Umm, you're saying that any pictures or videos that you take with your Sprint phone are automatically uploaded to the mother ship? Not sure I like that concept much.

Well, you have your own username and password, so unless you give that out, I wouldnt be too concerned.
Yep, free ringtones. And saving my contacts to computer is a big one for me too.
