Smile I am having a good week!

OK, first there's the neighbors grandaughter.

Yesterday I had some shopping to do and picked up a case of tart cherry drink (loaded with antioxidents), during the conversation the woman asked where I work and told her medically retired (sounds better than disabled!) and I told her the whole crohns disease story and was amazed at how fit and healthy I looked. Always good to hear!

Today, my sisters car broke down, so I picked her up from work. As we drove off she told me her (married male) assisant manager commented to her how 'well put together' her brother was. Nice to have the hours running, biking, and lifting acknowledged by anyone. (and before anyone gets on the gay pickup thing, he didn't even talk to me, only my sister).

In your own mind you know what you are doing is so good for you but when you hear things like that from others you can't help but feeling jacked. Nice Job.

No hard gainer here, Alan.
I am trying to lose the last few pounds to get down to 175.

It's great when a perfect stranger says something that confirms all the hard work we put in. And, you deserve a good week, my man.
