History Channel has a new series about traditional martial arts and fighting styles. This looks like it will be a cool show:

That does look cool. I hope they cover some European martial arts.

I saw the ad for that earlier today and started squeeling like a pig. Looks really cool. Anyone remember the little series that discovery had on the different fighting styles? It was something like Extreme Martial Arts or something.

Yeah, they showed the 'anatomy' of the movements and there effects on the person recieving it.
