My weekend ends tonight around 9p. Another work week kicks in tomorrow with two marathon days of covering sports and traffic surrounding the races. On the other hand, I get Memorial Day off for the first time in YEARS. Might have to take the Harley out for the day.

Given that the soil is preternaturally warm ( some call it Global Warming ), I am going to put most of my garden in today. Yesterday I rented a cultivator for my raised beds - discovered they needed to be spaded with the fork spader first - and got 400 square feet ready to plant - veggies for us, and zinnias to go with the Dahlias for youngest son's wedding.
On the flip side, I get paid to watch racing ALL DAY tomorrow
