Do keep in mind that he has been an elite level power lifter for a long time. That foundation was sitting there the whole time, covered up by twinkies and beer.

I don't know if he ever experimented with gear or not, but I can see it being natural now just based on dropping the bf off his pre-existing frame, and adding a little tan. You never see bodybuilders with forearms like that. He may be cut, but he still looks STRONG. I can't say that about 99% of the puffy bodybuilders out there.

Oh yeah, I knew about his powerlifting so he had quite a bit of muscle to work with. I am just amazed at how big he is and yet is that lean. Just an amazing physique, although like most bodybuilders if he gets any bigger he won't be able to wipe his ass.

Justin Harris has been doing his diet this time around.

I doubt he's added much if anything to his "supplement" program since his powerlifting days, honestly. Most of the elite guys are on for years at a time with moderate dosing. Given that Dave's blood work improved by about 100% I'd doubt that he added any new compounds or increased his current dosage.

I don't know Dave, and I'd guess that he has a little help, but that it hasn't changed dramatically from when he was at 20%. Heck, it's possibly less now. What you're looking at is the result of hard work, good genetics for size, years and years of smart, heavy training, and a dramatically improved diet and legit supplementation program.

ok, i'm totally for people doing whatever they wish to in terms of drugs. But seriously, moderate dosing? You're on cloud 9 if you think a large majority of elite plers do "moderate" dosing.

there's nothing wrong w/ dosing, IMO, if the person wants to. But, for people who think that this transformation is completely natural is wrong. Dave never said that he was "off", similarly, he never said he was "on". You don't think a blood panel would improve if you went to eating veggies, fiber, and a lot of vitamins than when you were eating cinnamon rolls and mcdonalds.

Draw your own conclusions.

I assure you that I'm not on cloud 9 as far as my awareness of dosing protocol.

Sure, his blood levels would improve if he went from eating crap to a clean diet and cardio, and they have. However, if he took his gram of test a week dosing and added a bunch of other stuff (eq, winny, halo, whatever) then they wouldn't improve as they have.

Chances are he dropped most of the extra stuff, went to straight test or close to it, cleaned up his diet, and so on. He's a huge guy with years of solid training and drugging under his belt. He's pretty much just maintained his mass.

I'd bet that he's taking a lot less now than when he was competitive as a powerlifter.

Something looks really out of whack in that picture. I can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe his upper body is bigger than his lower? His head too big? I don't know.

Good job Dave.

I remember back in the day when he thought bodybuilding and fake tans was dumb. How far we've come.

Seriously, good job.
