Default Mental Health

Hey, What would you guys think about a forum about mental health?

(Not mental problems, more so keeping your mind healthy, and active, and performing at its full potential)

Or does the "Mind Body Connection" section, pretty much capture this idea?

Please excuse my excessive commas, I have no idea how to use them.

I actually had one a few years ago, and it never really took off (much like the general health subforum, but I dropped it for lack of posts. That was a while ago however, and things have picked up in the forums since then.

I'm using the Mind Body Connection subforum for the mental side of my injury rehab. I think it's a safe place to put those sorts of questions.

I think the Mind-Body Connection fits the subject as well.
