Talking Hazards of Wide stance, very low box squatting :D

It happened again, and it was worse this time! I was box squatting on a very low box (approx. 8" box) with a very wide stance, when I experienced an major wardrobe malfunction! The entire back seam of my shorts just gave way just as I got on to the box! Good thing it just went silently, instead of a LOUD rip.

Man gotta have to find a new pair of shorts for training. I might try squatting in Spandex! (kidding) :p

Try some loose fitting mesh shorts.

I'm quite short (5'6") so a 8" box is about 4-5" below parallel for me. Besides I was hoping that these very low box squats transfer to my deadlifts
