Nick, I really should say something smartass but I'm sure plenty of others will. I'll just say that this place wouldn't be the same without you around. Someday I'm sure we'll be reading you in SI or someplace like that.

I'm really not sure "congratulations" is right, so I'll just go with "That's nice."

You know, we'll be able to tell by the size of your forearms which hand you post with.

Congrats, but you're still 1,400 posts behind LD.

It's always great to see someone who's found his purpose in life. I won't get too mushy, but I'll say it's a lot of fun to have you around here.

You can save the 'big, wet, sloppy kiss' for Thursday there, big guy. Nick says he's looking forward to it. I think the cutout is involved.

alright.... if you don't want seriousness, don't read this. You're not missing much.

Thanks. mucho appreciated. add additional synonyms here....

It's weird, saying that an internet forum is like home. ok, really weird, Maybe bordering on f*(ked up. but, to an extent it's true. how many people can say they have contacts from all across North America, and even the globe?

Again, thanks a million. I like *most* of you. and will see a lot of you in four days. Scary isn't it?

And for those of you who can't make it, promise me that you'll attend one of these in the near future. You won't regret it, no matter how much it costs.

The snarky, fun, easy to make fun of, moronic, dense, goofy, whatever kind of person that this place allows me to be is awesome. Many times, people can project an image over the internet so flawlessly, yet it's not who they are.

This is who I am, although I swear that I'm smarter than I seem.

Thanks guys and gals. I've had the pleasure of meeting some pretty damn cool people through this place (even if it's just a virtual) and..... yeah. I'm stopping now, for fear of embarrassing myself even further.

to answer your question Bill, I'm actually further from knowing what I want to do than I was a year ago. Hell, maybe even six months ago. But that's part of "the college experience" I guess. The more school I go through, the more I go "what the hell do I want to do with my life?" That wasn't a question that was even in play a bit ago. Now it's in full swing. But I'll wax philosophically about what I want to do next weekend. We have an extra day. I'm sure I'll be talking a lot.

I'm glad Al Gore hadn't invented the INTERNET yet when I was in college.....with places like this and all the porn, I'd never have gotten any work done. You must have tremendous study habits, Nick.

Hey Nick, congrats on 8000!

Though I have enjoyed the last 4000 or so of your posts (I have only been on this list for a week or so and have not read your posts prior to joining), I sincerely hope you get a hobby.

Hey, I have an idea, why don't you take up strength training!!!

I will probably stay on this forum for at least a month or two more, so I look forward to the next 8000!

Cheers

Peter

Do not underestimate the power of the Ninja! Though the inner workings of the Ninja have been a well kept secret for centuries, you may have a glimpse of some of the powers http://www.realultimatepower.net/index4.htm

4000 more posts in two months, nothing compared to what he has done in the past.

If Mahler is the Prime Motivator, Ninja has to be the Forum Mascot, like this guy:
