Default Hello. Noob here!!

Hello all!! I've become a regular listener of the fitcast (awesome podcast might I add) and I constantly hear about this forum. I'm not new to fitness, I'm actually a non-practicing personal trainer. New to the field, and still have a ton to learn.

This site looks so educational it's not funny!! i bed I could spend days, maybe even months or years here trying to read all the great information in all the threads.

Anywho, let the note taking begin.....

Welcome to the board, eLeMeNT. With your background, I'm sure you will be able to contribute as well as learn. Glad to have you with us.

PS Given the spelling of your name, are your related to MaTtHeW? :p

Welcome! I showed Kevin Larrabee the ropes when he was just a wee lad. Well, actually he's still kinda wee, but he was moreso back then.

He'll deny he knows me, but don't let that fool you.

You'll love it here.

yes, it's awesome. we couldn't stay the entire time we'd planned to. a hurricane made it's way and we had to join in the evacuation. but we bought the park hopper tickets and they are good until we use them. even if it's in 20 years, they are still valid.

Welcome eLeMeNT. Don't let them give you trouble over your screen name. It's COOL to write it that way. They're just jealous they aren't as cool as us.
