Out of morbid curiosity, I have been listening to the hearing to determine where the body should be buried. This is actually a fairly simple procedure. A court is to determine what was the decedent's intent. Since Ms. Smith buried her son in the Bahamas and bought an adjoining burial plot, this would seem to be a fairly easy decision. On top of that, the court played an interview where Ms. Smith said she had not spoken to her mother since she was 21 and did not consider her to be her mother. However, the judge is a self important moron who is in love with the sound of his own voice. He has taken the hearing everywhere but where it should go. The court has heard arguments about paternity, an issue for either the Bahamas or California, probably the Bahamas; probate; legal fees, in short everything but the decedents intent. Courts wonder why they are not trusted and then they appoint a clown like this to be the public face of the Broward County Court. Makes me want to vomit. My guess is the judge sees himself becoming a consultant on CNN or something.
Yeah, but hopefully it's making my legs stronger. I have to learn to walk all over again with this leg because I learned to walk again with a fused ankle and this one gives. I will have a better upside, but I just have to get there. My goal is to get to a point where I can walk into a restaurant without a cane and buy you and Mahler and Bill and Tracey dinner. We that and to pose for an avatar in a speedo which is a whole lot of pounds away!
I saw some of this on the news last night, this judge made Ito look like a supreme court justice by comparison. Man, what a loon.

Hey, I'd cry too if I had to listen to lawyers arguing this inane crap all day.
