Just curious. My emails don't seem to get through and it's been a while since she's posted, so I am worried about her, especially since the last time I heard from her she was in the throes of RA.
I heard from her last week. Having some personal issues and still not feeling 100%. Doctors, doctors and more doctors but no answers. She hasn't really had the time to be here but misses the place.

Hope she gets better. If anyone is going to meet her, ask her is she has looked into Alternative Medicine. There has been good advances in that field lately.

Hey guys. Thank you so much for thinking of me. And thanks to everyone for your emails and PMs. I haven't been able to get back to all of them, but I do appreciate everyone thinking of me.
Recently, I was sick with a sinus and ear infection for almost a month thanks to my doctor not treating me properly from the beginning.
As far as the RA goes, I've been in a lot of pain once again. I tried to include exercise in my regimen and it completely knocked me on my ass with major pain so I'm guessing my body isn't ready for that yet. Which of course depresses me since I enjoy training so much. When I take my pain meds, they do help however they make me incredibly tired. So I usually sleep all day until my son gets home from school, or I'm awake and a bit loopy. I have 2 rheumatologists working together on my case...one in my area and one at Hopkins. I talked to the one at Hopkins yesterday and he is going to add in a different RA med to my regimen. They are trying to find the right combination with the least amount of side effects for me. I just wish they could find it sooner. All these meds take a few months to see if they are working. I think I just have a long road ahead of figuring out what works. I do try to remain positive, but I have my depressive moments. I try to concentrate on what I do have in my life and am thankful for everything. I know it could be a lot worse.
I do miss you guys and think of you often. I will try to come back and post a bit more.
Good to hear from you!!! Thanks for the update. You're still in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks for the update...you are definately missed around here!! Good luck with the new meds.

Keep up the good fight, Tracy. I'm sure you and your docs will get the right meds in place soon. Thanks for posting - and hope you can keep it up. Like the others said, we miss you around these parts.

Tracy, thanks for stopping by and giving us an update. Focus on that the docs are doing and stop by when you feel like it. Hope you can feel all the prayers coming your way!
