Big surprise.
Wil who is one of the vets and posted as Vuduchyld posted today on the Monday Morning Motivator. He has been AWOL for a long time and has been missed. I hope he will stick around.

It's time to GET BACK in SHAPE!!!!

I'm looking forward to hangin' out a little more...workin' out...posting...enjoying the fantastic community here! I CAN NOT BELIEVE all the familiar names....VERY impressive to see!

Thanks for posting the pic! That's pretty gangsta! By the way, I don't think those are actually 45 pound plates....I think they are just large 25's. But I don't remember for sure.

Vudu and Jsoldati are two names I remember back from MH, they both helped a lot when I first started.
