This week is a high-colonic overview, never going deeper than a subforum. Shallow, like men or the kiddie pool. No linkagey goodness necessary, since you hopefully don’t need help on finding the large forum groupings.
1. The training forum included milestone posts, summit rumors and even some training threads! There were some good tips on how to squat on a box. Don't say it. I know you want to. You dirty, dirty people you.
2. JP created two new subforums – The Fitness Biz and Offers from Resident Experts. Laxcdn went into immediate withdrawal since he’s no longer f*** to complain about newsletter and product offers.
3. The Injuries forum has been super busy with hip, shoulder, back and knee issues. If you have similar injuries you should check out the threads. Actually, if you have all those injuries you’re probably not able to read this from the hospital bed… but I hope you enjoy today’s lemon jello special.
4. Training logs have gone buck wild – seems everybody wants to log their progress. Personally, my version of a log is to walk out the gym doors following a workout, turn around and face the building, and do this move. Looking forward to that moment is all the inspiration I need to keep up the training.
5. Specialized Training Discussions are also going crazy. If you have any of these books or programs, or are Livin’ Large, you should… wait a minute, I’m gonna channel Kevin Larrabee here… you should “check it oot”.
6. The Outdoor forum’s activity this week was mostly centered around the startling news that it’s cold in winter! Those outdoorsy folk were never the smartest bunch but they sure look nice in flannel.
7. The Nutrition forum has the usual dietary and supplement news, plus rumblings about healthy food’s ability to fix things from depression to asthma. If only broccoli could fix Ian Kay’s car, then he could come to the summit.
8. OffTopic was whack this week. The picture below is dedicated to the OT threads, and will give you a pretty good overview of what you missed.

There's alway's room for Jello!
Great ReCrap - I'm right there with ya on the OT forum this week...
Thanks!

Well, John to his credit he did say he was shallow. But I do feel your pain as I started a training log and that didn't get mentioned either. On the other hand, if you say, "I'm leaving the forum! Red doesn't like me and I didn't get mentioned in the ReCrap!" I may have to deck you at the Summit! And I am NOT j/k! Ok, I am; but still

Two whole words. One of them was even two syllables. It's a summary, remember? I just summarized over 400 threads into several bulletpoints and you got two words. I think that's pretty generous.

Let me see now, hmmm?
5,000 posts = 2 words and anonymity
f*** = a whole sentence and laxcdn gets immortal fame
I rest my case. At the summit you are going down.

This should be good. Where can I get my tix. I hope it's not general admission. I want front row!
PS Could have been worse. The two words could have been "Temp Mahler".

So is Mahler vs. RedLefty going to be scheduled before or after Redwifey vs. Mahler? This could be better than The Contender!

Congrats on the engagement, Eric. Have you set a date? We're gonna have SO many virtual bachelor parties this year!
