pft what are you guys complaining about?

Writing skills was last night, humanities was this morning. physiology and computer skills tomorrow, leadership&motivation and anatomy thursday, fitness assessment and health&wellness friday.

Incase your math skills were fried from all the calculus, that's eight exams in five days.

Haha, I have you beat!

I once had to do 9 different, 1 hour exams in the space of 2 days. 6 hours on one day, 3 the next. That sucked.

Good luck to all those doing exams, I'm battling with essays...or should I say, battling to try and start them...

Good luck to all. Even after nine years have gone by since I was in college, the thought of finals still gives me a sore stomach. The thing that always bothered me was the fact that this is the worst way to test one's knowledge of a subject. Put them in a high pressure position and ask them to recall information with little or no reference information. Completely ridiculous...sucks to be you.

Good luck anyway.

That's my biggest problem, too. I spent several hours this weekend "writing" an essay, mainly just trying to get the first few paragraphs down.

Good luck, everyone! I'm sure you'll do well.

Exams didn't bother me too much when I was in school... it was always those papers due the week before that got me stressed out. I suppose if I had done my research all semester I wouldn't have been in such a panic at the end.

You guys have it easy. In my day (before PCs), I used to have to type my research papers on a typewriter (I can still remember the feeling of elation when I upgraded from a manual to an electric ... ). You don't really know the meaning of frustration until you're under deadline and you've typed a whole page of material only to get to the bottom and realize you've left no room for the footnotes!

And for the record, I didn't grow up in the Middle Ages.

3 finals down 2 to go and database structures should be a joke.

Counting the days to next semmester.. going to be a great one, easier classes and more spare time (filling out most of my english/art requirements).

I dont get to stressed out about finals like some, but I think this is because I actually go to most of the classes and do the assignments. The people who get really stressed out seem to be the ones that skip all year, dont do assignments hoping to catch a good grade on a curve.. only to write the "hardest final they ever wrote" hah.

2 to go!

Finance was cake. Actually, so was ethics. All that was was writing a paper and then giving an overview on it and leading a class discussion.

Haha, I find it tough with just work and school, no family. But now that you mention it, none of us should be bitching until we've taken a walk in JennMedic's shoes, while she was going to school! Oy vey.
