Best free podcasts around?
Hi all
Was looking around the net, for a huge variety of free podcasts. I found a few, but nothing really special. Anyone want to share a link? I am looking for something to listen to during classes and stuff. Comedies would be great!
Ash

Well, besides the Fitcast, and Mike Roussel's Max-Out Radio show, there's the Performance Nutrition show, which I really enjoy, also. It's at www.pnshow.com.

Keith and the Girl has an irreverant brand of humor. It's defintely not a show to listen without head phones at work.

What kind of class are you in that you can listen to podcasts? Is it a lab class or something?
If not, wouldn't you want something NOT funny, so you don't laugh during class?
I don't get it.

head to podcast alley if you haven't already. It's a large directory like iTunes without needing iTunes. (assuming, of course, you're wanting to just use itunes, plus they might have more/differnt stuff anyway)

I also listen to superhuman radio.
Anyone got any other fitness-related podcasts that they can recommend me (other than those above)?

did anyone list the NSCA podcasts? I've not tried them but bookmarked them awhile back.
The Strength Power Hour - again, I've bookmarked it but not listened yet - but Dr. Kraemer listed as one of the hosts so it holds promise.

Agreed NPR has some good ones.
I don't think it is your style but I enjoy Classic Tales and they are free.
