I didnt get any. I mentioned the word 'low carb' when the question was "What is burned for energy; protien, carbs, or fats" and they responded with "atkins is not healthy you know" .
I didnt even get one.. If I was still bulking (re: getting fat) i would have downed six of those suckers. But now.. 50g of carbs a day from veggies.. for the next few months.

Everyone has their passions. Soy, water, curling in the squat rack, hfcs, acid/base balance, ice cold water, omega-3/6 balance, high reps, low reps, fiber, etc.
There's enough debate to go around, thankfully! If we all agreed, JPFitness would be an ebook, not a forum.
Of course, they'd all be debating the book, over at bodybuilding.com...
