Default Hard to just sit back..

So im studying for my knesiology medterm and I read this gem:
"University students under no circumstances need to consume more then 47g of protien per day, anymore will be wasted. Supplementation of protien is useless due to this" .

Some real smart people writing this book.

But it gets taught in class and tested, with a whole class just noding their heads. Great, these are the 'fitness/nutrition" experts of the future. Nobody questions anything, and if I even mention high protien in class I get stairs of death and "we dont know that!".

Oh well. My rant is done.
back to studying.

47g. Glad I'm not a university student. That's breakfast!

it doesn't get too much better as you get older. at least you're smart enough to just "do what you got to do" now.

We used to say that you go to class for 4 months, to study for 4 days, to take an exam for 4 hours and to forget it in 4 minutes.

I take in more protein before 7am than most people do all day.

Are "stairs of death" some sort of conditioning routine?
