So im studying for my knesiology medterm and I read this gem:
"University students under no circumstances need to consume more then 47g of protien per day, anymore will be wasted. Supplementation of protien is useless due to this" .
Some real smart people writing this book.
But it gets taught in class and tested, with a whole class just noding their heads. Great, these are the 'fitness/nutrition" experts of the future. Nobody questions anything, and if I even mention high protien in class I get stairs of death and "we dont know that!".
We used to say that you go to class for 4 months, to study for 4 days, to take an exam for 4 hours and to forget it in 4 minutes.

I take in more protein before 7am than most people do all day.
