That's pretty much what I eat every day for lunch. Today, I'm changing it up with some homemade chilli that my wife and I put together. Good stuff.

But look at how good it makes you look

Sounds like you need to spice it up some...add tomatoes, lettuce, banana peppers, onion..any veggies you want...load it up. Think I need to head to subway for a foot-long

Today I indulged. I had a Moe's. So incredibly bad for you. If anyone is in the New Hampshire coast area Moe's is a must have. You'll never have another italian sandwich that good again. ever! The lady in front of me today was placing an order for a dozen and having them shipped to Syracuse (bill $100) -- yeah, they are that good.

Well thank you for the compliment. I can see from your avatar that you must know what you're talking about so I will load up on the veggies...and spice things up a bit.

Upnorth, you're in the general area of where I used to live. If you ever head down towards Merrimac, Mass, go to the Merrimac House of Pizza. The best subs ever. I had a large roast beef with everything plus extra hots once a week all through high school. Whenever I'm back in the area I have to hit the place up a cou[ple times. Boy, do I miss it.

Carbs, schmarbs. Start running 50 mpw and you'll feel like you have to have 'em.

Upnorth- Just thought of another place in the vicinty for a great sub. Bennedetti's in Haverhill. Home of the rocket. Fantastic. And their rolls used to be baked fresh right across the street. Delicious. Worth the drive from York.

I'll take a New Orleans-style fried oyster PoBoy on N.O. French bread with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and hot sauce!

Unfortunately, our favorite place to get those down in St. Bernard Parish is gone forever.

Mmmmm Bennedetti's! I used to live in Haverhill. I'll give the sub shop in Merrimac a try next time I'm driving through. Its nice to know those out-of-the-way places when you're on the road.

And Cynic -- just stick to the 90% rule and pick your poison. For me it was an italian sub. Today it'll be meatloaf (no bread crumbs and low-fat buffalo meat) with some raw veggies.

Yellowfin Tuna fillet encrusted with sesame seeds and pan seared with an oriental glaze served atop organic greens with stir fried Japanese vegetables

$6 at work. We have an awesome chef!
