Choppy videos. help!

hey guys, i need some help. Whenever i go to view videos on youtube or whatever, they always seem to be choppy. The sound is there, but the picture is choppy. I don't know what it is, because i have highspeed internet, and it didn't used to be like this. Is there some new program i need to install or something? someone help!

You could try updating your Flash player.

Don't forget to defrag your disk and also try stopping any running applications.

One other thing, check the performance settings of media player. You may want to increase buffering.
