Sorry guys its been mad, had a week away with my son back a few days then away with my other half! Mad non stop partying and celebrating in a non conducive way to getting abs!
Stress of redundancy does not go well with trying to almost scientificaly calulate your food intake! and I meet with my PT Sunday so he will whip me into shape and shame the heck out of me!
Should be back on form soon it has just been mad! Now I have this great new job starting on 4th September I have only just been asked for an interview at the top organisation in my field based in London! the moneys a bit better but dont know if I can do with the traveling but it will be the chance of a lifetime to do that job!!!!!!!!!!!
So I have a dilema. DO I stand by the Hospital for teh good of the community and the fact I have given a commitment or say heck Im a corporate whore and go for the big bucks fame and glory????????

Is there even a little bit of evidence to support the "ice water theory"?
its called basic biology and science :-) you learn it in your first few years at school and its a fundamental science principal so I doubt you will find many new studies on it much the same as the laws of gravity etc

No thats one of my true main dilemmas He stays with e in the week as well as the weekend. I love taking him to school and its unlikely I will be abl; to do that.
However, the job that I will be interviewing for one of the aspects we promote and help people implement is home working so am sure they could accomodate this one day a weekm and I can always travel up for appointments mid day as it only takes 45 mins.
But normaly it would be getting up at 5 am heading off at 6 and getting home gone 9 probably, so may see about a gym in London, theres one slap bang next to the office.

This is the view from the office where I will be working in London, I led a training session there recently and will be doing others.... (they phoned and asked me too for £500 thats almost $900 for a days work! (jeeze when did the rate leap up to that again! Im buying some dollars now methinks!!!!)
In tghe picture you can see the Millenium wheel the towers of Westminster Abbey and in between them Big Ben!!!!

Must admit when I threw open the blinds to let some light flood the room in th training session I just stood there and went wow!
Seeing a view like that makes ya think heck I've made it Im a Big Cat now in the big league!!!!!
Did I tell ya I have been asked to Co-Write an Open University Degree course as well!!!! Things seem to be going too well at the second and its a bit worrying! First off I cant get a job now they are falling on my door step! I have had 4 companies approach me to sell their products on an agency basis. Each of the products would compliment eachother. Now I physicaly wont have the time to go out and do it so I am thinking of setting up an online venture and being a professional post whore for an introductory fee to the businesses.
It wont be as much but all this money I am able to drag in will enable me to pay someone to actualy develop my fitness website!!! Oh how I wish I knew web design but its all gobbledegook to me!
So if anyone on here is a site developer and wants to earn some extra cash I will be willing to pay you in the coming year!
