Kaiser, I was walking around the mall the other day in my JP Fitness t-shirt and I thought to myself, "I wonder if JP could possibly ever have imagined when he set up his website that one day some Canadian dude would be walking around a mall in Burnaby, British Columbia with a JPF T on." Too funny. Though whenever I wear it, I keep expecting some "stranger" to come up to me in the street and go "Hey, K-Court, what's up?"

The big 3-0! Kind of a milestone. At least you are in the best freakin' shape of your life! I was 30 when my first child was born, so I will never forget that year. Hope you had a grand celebration.

He hasn't been at the computer at all from what I saw yesterday. I saw him eat a piece of chocolate and that was all...he brought a bunch of nuts and berries to the studio for treats. Not much of a cheater, our Milko. Not in the food department, anyways.
