Hey all! Long time no post! Summer classes are finally winding down and I'm able to have a life again. :p
Now I've already let the guys over at MH know about this, but I wanted to let everyone know about Jonathan's (bipennate) first full-length published article in the August issue of Men's Fitness!!
It's an awesome article, complete with one of Jonathan's workouts and offers fantastic advice about what variables to change in your workout once you hit a plateau. I'm sure everyone here would really enjoy it. Congrats Jonathan. I'm very proud of you. I know this is only the beginning of great things to come from you.
Awesome... Not surprising based on what I have read of Bip's posts in here. A brilliant young man with a HUGE future in this industry. I love to see one of our hometown boys in the lights though! Congrats.
Impressive! Is that you in the picture? (I have no idea what you look like... obviously!) If so... nice shoulders! If not... well, tell the guy in the pic: nice shoulders!

Bwhahahaha!!!
Sorry RH, Bip looks a little more sneaky than that.
As I've said before, he looks like the cat the ate the canary...and got away with it.
Dude that is SERIOUSLY cool. I will be picking that issue up, just cause!
Keep up the great work!

Bip,
Come on, now. Who among us didn't know that you would make a mark in the fitness industry? This is only the beginning. Congratulations on the start of a stellar career, my friend.
Here's another pic of our bad-ass man.

He definitely looks the part!
And is it just me, or is it totally hilarious that for all our talking of compound movements, "functional" training and the like, we often have pictures with a flexed bicep pose? :p

I doubt the author gets to pick out the cover photo for the magazine. He probably has little to no say about photos used within his article even. Biceps shots sell magazines obviously!
Hot, smart and successful Who wouldn't want to be Jonathan?
I have learned a lot from you (over at 02 and here). I hope we see more at MF (one of my 3 favorite magazines btw). Can't wait for the issue to get here
Late to the thread here but big congrats bip! I've been checking out your useful CSCS log (studying for it now) so now I have to run out and get this article.

Cool Bip...didn't get it over here. Nice article...although I know you didn't actually write it - I understood most of it!
