I was told by a friend that I had reached 1000 and hadn't posted about it yet. I don't have much to say, and that is why it took 2 years to get to 1000. I came here to gather more information on my health quest. Reading all the posts and gathering the info on routines, diets, etc have given me more areas to work on. I have have taken some advice from people that have worked and some that haven't.
After getting too much info and trying to get too granular in my quest, I have found it best to go back to the basics and use them towards the goal. I know what my body can and can't do, and I base my lifts off that. I don't listen to people who say don't do that exercise, I will try it and if it works for me or doesn't cause injury then I will use it.
I have opened myself to a wider range of diets and routines than I ever thought I would and I owe that to the Clubhouse guys and some of the members of JP's. I am in the best shape of my life and if I get more muscle and less bf, then great, if not then I will be happy to where I am and will continue at it. And my only words of advice for anyone would be, be open to everything, give it a try and decide what works for you, don't just disregard something just because someone says so.

Congratulations on 1K. No, you don't always have a lot to say, but when you do say something, my experience has been that it's dead on. Glad you're "one of us."
