Ahhh. I did a search. Damn, the guy is in great shape for his 80's or any age. I have to look into this a bit more.

Heh, I thought he would be one of the JPFitness forum's heroes or something. =p According to tests some doctors did on him, his body's in the same shape as a 25-year old's in a lot of ways.
