Hi, I used to post here a while back so long ago apparently that my last visit reads as 12-31-1969...anyways I figured I re-introduction is in order. I'm a umass student studying exercise science, I just took and more than likely passed the NSCA certified personal trainer exams. My biggest interest is in training athletes but at this stage anyone at the local golds will do. That said I feel like the certification is just the beginning for me because there is so much to learn in this industry.
Welcome back. We may not be athletes but most of us certainly fall under the category of "anyone at the local golds". I look forward to seeing more posts from you.
