Default Wish me luck guys (and gals)...

We're putting in an offer to buy a pretty cool little coffee shop/cafe in Steamboat Springs tomorrow. We'd change the menu quite a bit to appeal to the fitness/healthy crowd here in town, and I'm really excited to try some healthy recipes out in a restaurant environment. I'm really excited, but it's still incredibly nerve racking. But the plus side is that if anyone ever makes it up to Steamboat and shows their JPF membership card (or just wears the shirt), breakfast and coffee are on me....

I'll be personal training on the side as well, and have had some pretty incredible opportunities presented to me in that arena in the last few days as well. Oh, and there's that Half Ironman I'm training for. I'm going to need all the coffee I can get!

Just pray that I have the gahoonas to continue through with it all.

Good luck E! I worked at a coffee shop for a while, so if you have any questions or comments feel free to shoot me a PM. I could def. give you perspective as both employee and consumer.

That's very cool, Eric. Good luck with the new venture. I can't wait to hear all about it in LR.

Cool deal, bro! Best of luck to you on this exciting opportunity. You gotta keep us posted. I definitely need to put Steamboat on my list of places to go skiing. Mrs. Moneypenny has always wanted to learn.

Some slogans for your marketing plan:
  • Why not Tri some coffee!
  • Eric's Psychedelic Breakfast
  • Swim, Run, Bike, Eat!
  • Coffee for when you're downunder
  • Hurry up and eat, I've got to run!
  • We're pedaling some good coffee!

Just remember, it's Steamboat Springs, CO (as in Colorado), not CT (as in Connecticut). Who knows where you'd end up!!!

Giving you a freebie idea that I have been working on but dont have the time to bring to fruition: The Magnificent Mind Muffin company......

you sell home made healthy muffins with an attached nugget of information kind of like a fortune cookie. It could be fitness or health related....ie the benefits of adequate hydration, how cycling in stationary traffic you are 3 times less susceptable to pollution than those in cars, break down goals to bite size chunks..... you get the drift

So if you get the shop, fingers crossed what will you call it???? Nutrional Nirvana? The refilling station? hey maybe you should run a competition on here for the best name
