Whoa... Found some old pics from about 1992. These were from an art project where I was supposed to do a self portrait. 170 pounds and 6% bf! Those were the days!

Cool pics, JP. As for your then vs. now, I guess it falls into the "better to have loved and lost ...." category. LOL. I've never been anywhere close to 6% (well, maybe in the skinny muscleless teenage period, but that doesn't count) and doubt I'll ever be .... Obviously, you put a lot of effort into achieving that goal. Sweet.

great pictures JP! what was up with the lamp though?
It was an art project... black and white photos taken with a Pentax K100. I had some interesting shots in that group of photos. I was experimenting with various f-stops, learning about lighting and such. There were a bunch of other shots, but I won't post those!

I am torn. On one hand I think JP should post his new pics so we can feel better about ourselves. At least us +15% bf guys. On the other hand his "I look like ass" is probably still at 13% and he probably STILL has abs, so I don't want him to post cause it'll just have the opposite effect I am going for!

Here's a shirtless pic with higher bodyfat though (from 2005). Just 'cuz you asked so nicely. Now you're gonna wish you hadn't. I wish I could even be at this BF% right now. Like JP, I'm sucking it up now - unlike JP, I never had a 'model's physique' even when I was lean.
